A vibrant and vivid palate demonstrating Grenaches intrinsic vibrancy and elegance.Winemakers Comments2019 was a dry but generally mild vintage, especially well-suited to Grenache. Allowing this late ripening variety to achieve full flavour ripeness without an excessively high Baume. An excellent Grenache year demonstrating the lovely purity of fruit from DOWIE DOOLE’s 53 year old bush vine Grenache.Food MatchCharcuterie Board, Peking Duck, Lamb Ragu.Ageing PotentialDrink young and fresh to enjoy the vibrant Grenache fruit, however will cellar for up to 10+ years from those wanting more complexity.
