Dame Nellie Melba was an international darling of early 20th Century opera and friend of former Seppelt owner Hans Irvine. Legend has it she was curious to bathe in sparkling wine, so we obliged, filling a bath with 152 bottles of our finest. Inspired by the great entertainer's pure, effervescent voice (and glorious bubble bath), this sparkling Shiraz is rich and mouth-filling with spicy, vibrant red fruit flavours.A fruit-driven sparkling red with a deep concentrated colour. This wine has lifted raspberry, plum and blackcurrant aromas on the nose. Rich, ripe berry fruit flavours combine with subtle chocolate and enticing savoury characters. It has plenty of flavour and a soothing, creamy texture in the mouth. The finish is firm without being dry or overtly sweet.
