St Huberts The Stag Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 750ml

Just like the noble creature, The Stag tier of wines represents elegance, grace and esteem. Quintessentially Victorian, they are made in a classic cool-climate style. Yarra Pinot red and blue fruits jump out of the glass, with raspberries, muddled strawberries and lashings of cherries. Stalk and earthy notes are in the background, along with some graphite and spice. The palate is light to medium bodied, and cherry-berry flavours follow from the nose. An immensely approachable wine, the palate is even and plush with soft powdery tannins and a lively lingering cherry finish. Immensely approachable and singing with vibrant fruit, this light-bodied Pinot Noir has raspberries, red currants and cherries on the nose, complemented on the palate by cherry-berry and spice flavours supported by soft tannins.
