Founded in 1872, J Normandin-Mercier produces Cognacs from only two regions; Grande and Petite Champagne at Chateau de la Peraudiere, close to the town of La Rochelle. Still family run, Edouard, Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin continue to produce cognacs in exactly the same methods as their ancestors. This VSOP is full of spice, citrus peel and pine notes. The palate is spicy, peppery yet smooth and supple with a long dry finish.
