Cognac house Paul Giraud has been handed down from father to son since 1650 with 35 hectares of sustainably grown, hand harvested vineyards in the prime Premier Cru cognac area of the Grande Champagne. Meticulous, hands on production allows Paul Girauds style to produce artisanal cognacs which date from 6 to 50 years of age. Youthful and fruity, the palate is soft with cedar, anise, honey and dried fruits and a clean peppery finish.
