A joint venture between Michel Chapoutier and Ron Laughton of Jasper Hill, and made with French fruit, this is a medium to fuller-bodied, richer style of red that shows smells of dark berries, baked spices and hints of toasted cedar on the nose, whilst the palate is quite plush and sweetly-fruited, with mellow tannins, bright acidity, and a smooth fruit and savoury finish.
