There is great presence and texture on the palate without being overwhelming. The wine is really pure and zappy with tangerine-like acidity, lively and wirey. This wine shows the restrained wine-making that lets the fruit be front and centre which is a good thing because this is some seriously good fruit. Now, more than ever, it's so important to support local Victorian producers. Please pick up a bottle from around the state & help us to help them.
