Cab sav is what the Margaret River is famous for, and here we have one that shows its river roots, along with some generous oak. Blackcurrants, mint, crush leaves, chocolate, toasted cedar and plums adorn the nose, whilst the palate comes across as fulsome and juicy, with plenty of dark fruit flavours wrapped in spicy oak, a fine but solid line of tannins, and a fruit and savoury finish.
