Artardi are one of the most awesome producers out of Rioja, and they make their wines in the more modern, fruit-driven style. Smells of red berries and dark cherries adorn the nose, together with hints of fresh earth and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and juicy fruity with lovely hits of curry spices across the tongue, vibrant acidity, fine tannins, and a dry, succulent, toasty finish. Its a great introduction to the Artardi wines, and great value. Red – Other Reds – Tempranillo
