Enjoy while the wine is young and vibrant over the coming year.100% of the fruit that goes into the Atiru Pinot Gris is from Gisborne and was designed to be a Pinot Gris style rather than Pinot Grigio. This results in a fleshier, lower acid wine with slightly higher residual sugars from the use of naturally riper components. The fruit was harvested principally from two Gisborne subregions – Ormond and Central Valley. Combined with the warm dry summer conditions, they produced a riper wine with a profile of pear and stone fruit.
