Bright, mid to dark cherry red with a clear rim showing an attractive youthfulness; immediate, fresh dark cherry to plum characters with crushed herbal overtones of thyme, rosemary and exotic bunchy spices. Aromas follow on from the palate building to a tightly wound core of bright dark-red berry, red cherry -like fruit; their ripeness and generosity present, although not in an obvious here I am manner. Palate builds around the core, driving the fruit to a well-balanced finished.
