Babich Winemakers Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Babich seems to have been around since forever turning out savvy blanc that has adorned many a dinner table. Hailing from the Waihopai and Awatere valleys in Marlborough, tropical passionfruits, gooseberries, stone fruits, citrus and chopped herbs decorate the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is lighter-bodied, fruity and rounded from a touch a oak, with the nearest kiss of sweetness upfront before the citrus flavours and acidity kick in leading to a dry, crisp finish. Lovely stuff that deserves it’s
