A zingy blend of Inzolia (40%), Grillo (40%) and Cattarato (20%) sourced from vineyards in the south west of Sicily. The fruit was handpicked, allowed up to 4 hours skin contact and matured on lees to enhance its mouthfeel. Its aroma is delicately perfumed with underlying grapefruit and apricot. The palate exhibits stonefruits and citrus characters bound together by a tight mineral backbone. An aromatic, mouth-watering and finely balanced Mediterranean white.
