A small amount of Viognier was added to the blend to add an extra supple palate. It’s rich with blackberry and blueberries as well as pepper and spice and on the palate. Really it’s just a slurpable soft Shiraz with plenty of character. A wine to pair with some gourmet sausages to make a match made in heaven. Red – Shi
