There’s nothing quite like a nice, bright, medium-bodied dolcetto with a plate of cured meats. They are one of the most glugable wine styles around, and this one is certainly in that vein. Vibrant aromas of cherries, violets and licorice spice decorate the pretty nose, whilst the palate is dry with hits of sweet dark cherries, soft tannins and acidity, and a smooth, fruit and savoury finish.
