Renown as one of the most consistantly good NV Champagnes, it is a blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It’s pretty dry with no extra sweetness (or dosage as the French call it) added. It shows loads of lemon and dried peel with some appealing brioche, bready complexity that all the good Champagnes have. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh with good poise and a lingering finish.
