Bodegas Chivite Coleccion 125 Chardonnay

This is a rich, lush style of chardonnay out of Spain that just manages to keep the oak in check. Ripe smells of peaches, yellow citrus and nuttiness decorate the plush nose, whilst the palate has a more medium-bodied feeling, with a real peaches and cream flavour, a milky texture, and some fresh lemony acidity cleaning up the long, bright finish. Excellent with pollo con peras (spiced chicken with pears). White – Chardonnay and Blends – Chardonnay
