This is what you would call and ‘up market’ Rose, and it is certainly a force to be reckoned with. It’s pretty dry in style, and it packs a punch with loads of strawberry, stone fruit and soft spice smells leaping out of the glass. The palate is lighter-bodied, but their is good concentration of fruit flavours, poised acidity, a rounded mouthfeel, and a dry, long, spicy finish. This could stand up to duck pancakes.
