This is quite a sexy, sultry little minx from Bodegas Chivite that is bound to kick on and improve over the next 5+ years. It’s a floral and spicy seductress that shows dark berries, purple florals, star anise and pepper spice on the nose, whilst the palate is medium-bodied, poised and graceful, with a dark-fruited heart, fine and tight tannins, and a lingering fruit and savoury finish.
