Here we have a sweet, dessert-style wine out of Navarra in Spain that would be great with a brulee or cr̬me caramel. The nose is quite floral and grapey, whilst the palate is light and toothsome with a good line of acid zipping along the palate to keep the sweetness in check leading to a honey and lemon finish.
