Born & Raised, a wine producer making characterful wines from across Victoria. Established in 2012, their goal is to make delicious wines from our growers' sustainably farmed vineyards with little interference of chemical additions. There wines are vegan, low in sulpha dioxide (So2) but, most importantly, delicious. Sourced from Heathcote and surrounds, these wines are handmade in small batches. Sustainably farmed, we take what nature gives and nurture it with minimal intervention to produce wines for your drinking pleasure.A little whiff of warmth, that sun on your back feeling. Yes its early, but we feel Rosé season really should be all year round. The new Rosé Lumiere (which means light in French) has got us all excited. The nose shows the raspberry petals so common in Grenache rosé. There are hints of strwaberry flower and crème fraiche on the nose and a red berry syrup on the palate which is cleaned up nicely with a whack of sourness akin to culured yoghurt.
