Made in a Demi-Sec style, meaning ‘medium-dry’, this delightfully light and fragrant Chenin has aromas of fennel and white pepper. In the mouth the wine is tender with hints of almond paste. Lovely soft acidity balances the wine perfectly and if stored correctly may mature in the bottle for over 20 years.
