The Barbados 2003 was produced at the four square distillery by internationally recognized master distiller, Richard Seale. Using pot and column stills he has produced a wonderfully balanced spirit, with fruit and well controlled wood on the nose. Pale gold in colour, the nose is soft and sweet with well controlled wood leading to an open easy palate with depth of fruit and spice and splendid vanilla tones. The finish is well balanced and leaves the mouth fresh and satisfied.
