Not your typical ‘Sloe’ Gin, this Slow Gin is crafted with Davidson Plums, a native product of the Northern Rivers region. The skins are torn and fermented for an extended 6 months, creating a juicy and tart vat of goodness that is then mixed with local mountain spring water and a little sugar. The end result is a deep, rich, red Slow Gin that is like no other.Note: the label is printed on recycled sugar cane.
