From one of the earliest distilleries in Scotland, this is the oldest Brora bottled in the series. If a chocolatier made a malt it would surely taste like this, with cocoa-rich shells and centres of caramel, cherry fruit and marzipan offset by a perfectly judged sea-salt piquancy.
