Bulleit Bourbon's six year maturation creates a high level of maturity and a complex flavour. Its high rye content creates a certain dryness with a smooth distinctive character. In accordance with the rules of bourbon, it is aged in new American White Oak barrels. The barrels are flame charred. All of the colour and some of the flavour come from the barrel.
