This Cab Sav from South Australia’s Limestone Coast is a cracking wine, and cracking value! It’s produced biodynamically and organically, and shows pretty aromas of black and red fruits on the nose, along with sniffs of cedary oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with sweet, succulent dark fruits and plums, fine slinky tannins, and a dry, juicy finish. Yummy! Red – Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends – Cabernet Sauvignon
