Champagne Delamotte Brut Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blanc means this is made with 100% chardonnay, and this one is from a pretty damn good vintage. Lots of yellow citrus, white florals, dairy and toasted nuts decorate the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied, fresh and minerally, with citrus and toasty flavours, a fine bubble and an appealing lemon curd finish that is quite dry.
