Made predominantly from pinot noir, with a little bit of Chardy thrown in for good measure, It’s quite perfumed with some appealing strawberries and rose florals on the nose, together with peach skins and earthiness. The palate is surprisingly dense, but it has grace, with a smidgen of sweetness, some soft spice and almost roasted coffee notes, coupled with those red fruits, crisp citrus acidity, and a mellow, fruity finish.
