McLaren Vale winemaking royalty, Michael Fragos, has firmly put his quality thumbprint all over this 2008 release of the flavoursome Chapel Hill Shiraz. The vintage was very kind to all throughout the region and the resulting was is, quite basically, delicious. Add the fact that we’ve tucked this gem away in our climate controlled cellars for a few years, this black pepper, dark chocolate, spicy game little cracker is perfect for enjoyment tonight.
