Great British Extra Dry Gin is infused with juniper buds and berries before distilling to ensure the driest gin possible. Full-bodied and robust, GB Extra Dry Gin has dark chocolate and citrus zest upfront, followed by warm, spicy notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.Other Gin might have been a product of re-distilling a neutral grain spirit but Williams Chase GB Gin is different. By using the same cider apples grown on the family farm in Herefordshire and infused with juniper buds and berries; the product is one of the driest single-estate Gin distilled. It has notes of wild botanicals including; cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon to ensure a distinct and robust flavour.
