It’s a blend of four varieties – merlot, shiraz, duras and brancol – and is a medium-bodied, 13.5% alcohol, lightly-oaked style. Scents of blackberries, dark cherries and anise spice waft out of the galss, whilst the palate is quite juicy, with spicy fruits, soft tannins, and a smooth finish. Ideal with lasgagne.
