Taut and gently fragrant now, the wine will steadily take on complexity and girth with age.A blend of Marsanne (87%), Roussanne (7%) and Viognier (6%). The fruit was whole bunch pressed and run to seasoned Allier and Vosges oak for fermentation. Each parcel underwent a full malolactic fermentation and was aged on lees before blending and bottling in October 2017.
