Crossroads Milestone Series Syrah

This is an amazingly smooth shiraz for something of its youth that would go down well with what else but roast lamb! Spiced cherries and dark berries leap out of the glass, together with whiffs of black pepper and savouriness. The palate is medium-bodied and elegant, with a good hit of spice upfront swiftly followed by dark plums, sandy tannins and a balanced, slinky finish. Red – Shiraz and Blends – Syrah
