Here we have a dry style of ros̩ out of South Africa that would go down well with some slices of smoked salmon. Smells of blackcurrants, subtle spice and florals waft out of the glass, whilst the palate is quite fullsome for a ros̩, with soft berry flavours, bright acidity, and a decent refreshing finish.
