It’s a fuller-bodied version of pinot that shows red and dark berries, Chinese five spice and a touch of choc-mint on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is quite full and juicy, with friendly tannins, a bright line of acidity, and a fruity, spicy finish. Give it a quick decant before serving with some lamb chops.
