On lees for between six to eight months, it has the weight you want from your MR Chardonnay, but still maintains fantastic freshness and vibrancy. White Blossom characteristics, with a little gun smoke and some flinty minerality, this little beauty is a battle to put away back in the fridge! Nice, juicy, lengthy finish. Fantastic on its own, or perfectly paired with something like a cream based seafood pasta dish. White – Chard
