Dolium Tempranillo

(0)

It makes sense that the Argentinians would be dabbling in tempranillo with their Spanish heritage, and this one from Dolium is quite a full-blooded version. Smells of plum jam, curry spices and a touch of dried fruits waft out of the glass, whilst the palate is soft, smooth and quite juicy, with gentle tannins and a succulent finish. This would be great with roast lamb or a goat ragu. Red – Other Reds – Tempranillo
