Made from a blend of 20% gros manseng and 80% petit manseng, this is a dry, crisp white style that shows some nice citrus, honey and jasmine florals on the nose, whilst the palate is medium-bodied and talcy textured, with honeyed peach flavours, bright acidity, and a decent spicy finish.
