Granted, the name is a bit of a mouthful, but basically it’s a wine made from old-vine chardy that has seen very little oak, but a fair bit of lees for that extra creamy feeling. Aromas of apples, lemons and seaweed adorn the nose, whilst the palate is lighter-bodied and chalky textured, with honey and dairy flavours, bright citrusy acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish.
