L’Heritiere is a funky old-vine, low yield bottling which is roughly 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay, all hand harvested, form the Estate’s oldest sustainably farmed, limestone rooted vines. Both varieties are barrel-fermented separately before blending and it is bottled unfiltered. A captivating, exotic white Loire.
