Made from Sauvignon Blanc out of the Loire Valley, this is not the usual suspect compared to the NZ savvies. It’s unoaked and shows citrus, stone fruits and gooseberries on the nose, along with a hint of dairy a ginger spice. The palate is light, crisp and a tad creamy, with lots of citrus flavours, a talcy texture, and a dry, flinty finish. Excellent with grilled white fish.
