This is the top wine of Domaine Le Colombier, and it’s a pretty serious beasty. It’s a bit more concentrated than the Tradition Rouge, and displays aromas of dark fruits, anise and earthiness on the nose. The palate is quite full-bodied with the anise spice and dried herbs coming through over toasty oak, mellow tannins, and a dry, spicy finish.
