Dona Paula Seleccion de Bodega Chardonnay

Argentina is not all malbec and torrontes, it also makes some decent chardy as demonstrated by this mature, vivacious wine. Smells of ripe stone fruits, lemon rind and grapefruit lift from the glass, along with whiffs of honey and toast. The palate is smooth and rich, with honey and peach flavours, a nice line of citrusy acidity, and a decent talcy finish. Ideal with chicken and light pork dishes.
