Dunsborough Hills Shiraz

There’s something about Margaret according to locals who are smitten with the surf, the landscape and the wine. Shiraz from the west never really gets the wrap it deserves, as it gets dwarfed by the noble Cabernet Sauvignon grape. This is made with fruit sourced from the sub region of Karridale which is cooler thanks to the influence of two oceans. Medium to full in weight but huge in flavour, the oak is judicious, the fruit immense with pepper, spice and a long, attractive finish. Red – Shiraz
