I love the Flight of the Conchords, but I think I’d like it more if they had sub-titles, because some of the script gets lost in the translation, or should that be the ‘uccent’. It happens to me in conversation too, like the time when my Kiwi mate was trying to teach me about the legend of Kiwa, guardian of the ocean. I wasn’t paying much attention, so when he said Kiwa and ocean, thought he was talking about Kirra, the once-great surf break just over the Queensland border. The classy Escarpment
