Familia Schroeder Saurus Select Pinot Noir

This is almost a lighter version of pinot noir compared to the ‘Barrel Fermented’ style, but it has still seen a bit of oak. Ripe red berries and cherries rise from the glass, along with chocolate and coffee notes. The palate is more medium-bodied, with starwberry and vanilla flavours, licks of light toast, mellow tannins, and a soft finish. Just the thing with a rich, tomatoey spag bog.
