On the nose theres light medicinal notes with hints of peanut, band-aid, manuka honey and dry biscuits. The palate has flavours of sweet peat and grain with barley malt, medium smoke, antiseptic, nutmeg and ginger. The finish is long, sweet and with toasty oak and some peppermint.
