Blanquette de Limoux is produced around the city of Limoux in Languedoc in south western France. 'Blanquette' means' small white' in the local Occitan language and the name comes from the Mauzac grape. Produced in the foothills of the cool climate Pyrenees in the south of France and sourced from some of the oldest vines in the region we believe this to be one of the best sparkling buys of the year.
