Fournier Dry Apple Cider Brut is 4.5% ABV. Silver medalist in 2009 and Gold Medal in 2010 and 2011 at the general Agricole de Paris competition. This cider is made of 100% Apples with different apple varieties, mostly from High Stems Apple Trees. Slow fermentation, then bottled. The mixture of traditional apples sweet/bitter variety gives this color jaune/orange to the cider and this richness of aromas. Characterized by a dry/ bitter finish in the mouth. Perfect to match roast, chicken meat in sauces, crepes and salads. Ideal for a spring aperitifs.
